Agreement to Terms
By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information you share and a physical estimate where needed. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary with load weight, disposal fees, travel, and accessibility.
Bookings & Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless a written credit arrangement is in place. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at booking. Services are subject to availability and same-day service is offered on a first-come basis.
What We Haul
We haul most household, commercial, and construction debris. Hazardous materials, chemicals, asbestos, flammable liquids, and other regulated items are not accepted. It is your responsibility to tell us about restricted materials before loading.
Dumpster Rental Terms
Dumpsters are rented for a stated rental period (typically 7 days) and may be extended for an additional fee. Overweight loads beyond the agreed limit incur an additional charge. A $50-per-quarter-ton charge applies above the rated weight. Nothing may be loaded above the rim line, and hazardous materials are prohibited.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access for our vehicles and crew, including gates, locks, and parked vehicles. You are responsible for any damage caused by items you place in restricted areas, such as blocking emergency access or utility equipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Terminator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including items damaged or lost after removal. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 to cover dispatch costs.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
